Lake Havasu Celebrates Twenty five years in Real Estate Industry
Longevity is a mainstay at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. This month the company’s Lake Havasu office commences its 25th anniversary celebration, which falls around the heels of its national 105th anniversary, that has been celebrated recently.
The firm’s Lake Havasu office hired its first agent in April 1986. The company was expanded in 1990 by real-estate pioneer Steve Judd, who established Coldwell Banker The Judd Group.
Ever since then, the firm is continuing to grow into one of many region’s powerhouse firms such as a residential-sales, stand-alone commercial operation, another property management department and 2 kiosk satellite offices about the north and south end of town.
Today, the forest Havasu office comprises three divisions: commercial, which currently holds the No. 1 spot in the area for commercial sales and leasing, residential sales and property management. The area operations have blossomed into the largest combined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operation available in Arizona.
Coldwell Banker Lake Havasu’s main operations are in 321 S. Lake Havasu Ave. Combined with 48 sales agents, seven licensed property managers and four licensed commercial specialists currently serve the Lake Havasu region for Coldwell Banker. Additionally, work manages 1,075 properties, including full-time, unfurnished units and seasonal furnished units.
